Fringy fringe!
Shirt is from H&M for $5 (major steal!) with a denim vest( I bought it as a denim jacket from a thrift shop and just cut off the sleeves), black leggings and a fringe necklace from Forever 21. My fringe boots are from...oh no, I forget where their from! Oops!
